Question about privacy/security of backend

First of all, thanks for this amazing repo. I do have some questions about the backend. How does the neural embedding/AI powered functionality work under the hood, and which models are used and where are they hosted? I ask this from a privacy/security perspective - we aim to use OMOPhub from within a hospital infrastructure. Thanks
