Description of the Issue

The email tracking status does not update correctly. After sending an email, the status remains stuck on "Sent" even when the email has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the mail_tracking module.
2. Send any email.
3. Open the email tracking history.
4. Observe that the tracking status remains "Sent" instead of updating to "Delivered" after successful delivery.

Expected Behavior

The email tracking status should automatically update to "Delivered" as soon as the email is successfully delivered to the recipient.
