Enhance CLI menu with autocomplete and workspace listing

Improve CLI usability by adding:

1. Autocomplete for commands and inputs
2. Automatic listing of existing workspaces

Expected:

• Users should be able to quickly select from existing workspaces
• CLI should reduce manual typing and guesswork

Current Behavior:

• Users must manually type workspace names
• No visibility into existing workspaces from the menu

Notes:
This would significantly improve user experience, especially for new users.
