Paid for Token Plan and Never Received it

I paid for the minimax so called "token plan" and it was charged to my bank, yet the minimax token plan displays "subcribe". I know the difference between the pay-as-you-go API and the token plan API.

@zalramadhan How did you chat with customer service? I only see a email option which does not get responses.
@RyanLee-Dev I tried linking multiple cards and they all failed, I eventually did a bank transfer and emailed api@minimaxi.com requesting crediting, but never dot the balance updated on my accoount. Please help to credit these if possible, and help me check why all my cards are declining, when they work well elsewhere,
