this would involve publishing the internal pdfs and maybe updating some internal documentation. there was some discussion of this in discord.

I wouldn't mind publishing the documents for reference, but ideally they'd be codified and put into A.5 (to avoid having multiple rules documents). #91 refers to a specific case of this
