metabarcoding tutorial updates

• update written tutorial to include common issues we discovered during the live tutorial
• update the written tutorial (or add another doc/page under resources) about parts of the workflow that would need to be changed for users' own data
• more (like wget) about getting data in CyVerse
• add link to slack channel
