CMOS duplicate Unique IDs

Looking at the list of duplicate IDs for the CMOS list, there are two ways we could resolve these conflicts.

1. The same as the other lists using things like R11-sort-as-R1101.
2. We could have everything sorted by vendor like R11-sort-as-AMI-R11 and R11-sort-as-AWARD-R11.

For viewing the created LST files as text, it may make more sense to group them by vendor and then by ID to keep all vendor specific items together instead of spread out.

For universal entries, those could be sorted using something like R08-sort-as-00-R08

Okay, I will just take the easy way out and just fix the duplicated IDs. If someone wants to sort them by vendor later, we can worry about it at that time. :-)
