No feedback on network errors

There is little to no feedback on any errors, but especially network errors, like not logging in, or having an incorrect login.

Gives Toast feedback on successful login.

Also gives feedback on a bad login (Only because encrunner will not return an XML file if login is bad, hence catch the IO exception)

Need to give feedback when bad/no login or bad encounter ID is passed.
