No gluex_env_boot.(c)sh

The documentation pointed to by the README.md file (https://halldweb.jlab.org/docs/build_scripts_web/node6.html) mentions sourcing a gluex_env_boot.(c)sh script for defining gxenv when building outside of the JLab environment. This file does not exist. Using the JLab "boot" version defines a gxenv that tries to point to /group which doesn't exist outside of JLab.

The script gluex_env_boot.(c)sh is generated in your gluex_top directory when you use gluex_install to build the whole stack from scratch outside JLab.
