Create milestones

Hey @JayanAXHF,
I was thinking, it would be cool to be able to create and edit milestones from the terminal. For issues gitv is what I used, but when it comes to creating milestones I have to switch to the browser which I don't feel good about.

Is it possible to implement this ?

Yeah it should be possible to implement this, thanks for the suggestion. Currently caught up in an MUN and some school competitions, will get to this by the weekend
