Change the require of main.js in /app/index.js to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules

Not clear if we have to update just index.js or also main.js but either way should be pretty easy, needs to pass unit tests, and https://npm.runkit.com/webfft should work too which it currently doesnt
