I couldn't find any documentation for the DSCOVR data ingestion command (ionis-apps/cmd/dscovr-ingest).
Although the ingestion mechanism appears to be similar to other data sources, I believe it may be helpful to include a brief overview of this data source in docs/model/methodology/data_pipeline.md.
This would make it easier for contributors to understand how DSCOVR data is handled and how it fits into the overall pipeline.
