[FEATURE] Add socials and play week

Summary

A requested change is to display the week of the streamed match. Additionally, the DSB socials should not be hard-coded.

Problem Statement

As of right now, we are missing both the socials as well as the play week.

Proposed Solution

Add both to the database. Add the streamed week to the dashboard sidebar, and add an options menu for the socials.
