Proof Pack 001 is the first official reviewer release packet for HawkinsOperations.

It packages the bounded HO-DET-001 proof surface for Suspicious PowerShell EncodedCommand Execution via Sysmon Event ID 1.

Supported claim:

HO-DET-001 is CONTROLLED_TEST_VALIDATED through controlled positive and negative test cases, deterministic verifier output, proof-record boundaries, and blocked-claim enforcement.

The release packet includes the reviewer packet, release manifest, checksum source data, proof card, proof record, controlled-test validation record, evidence ledger/schema, and proof integrity verifier source.
