Blocked keywords posts filtered through content warnings don't have a visual distinction for those from people you follow #1642

Describe the request

To keep a somewhat manageable home timeline, I have an extensive amount of filter keywords that hide topics I'm generally uninterested in, particularly when they come from people I don't know.

However, there are sometimes false positives, or sometimes someone I know will be talking about such topics and I may be interested in reading them, and the problem is that Tuba doesn't let me see who is behind a filtered post:

…so I end up clicking almost every CW to see what's behind it, which kinda defeats the purpose.

Therefore, I would like to have some sort of visual distinction on the automated content warnings on filtered posts from users I follow. Mastodon's UI actually does that, by showing the avatar alongside the CW. For example:

It even shows the two avatars when a filtered post is a boost by someone I follow. For example:

An additional problem is that if I post something that gets caught by a keywoard filter, I won't even see my own post. At least showing the author above the CW might help with that, though it would be preferrable if my own posts would be exempt from my own filtering (I don't know if that's technically possible though; if it is, I could file a separate ticket)
