Ignore playlists

After playlist supports land in #144 I would like the ability to ignore a playlist, by ignore I mean don't download.

Many channels have podcasts as well as regular videos, and the podcasts as long, and I'd rather subscribe to them via my dedicated podcast client, not via Youtarr.

So I would like the ability to subscribe to a channel, except playlist x, so those videos just don't download at all.

#144 will allow you to add specific playlists by their playlist URL and track/download from those playlists separately/in parallel with your existing configured Channel level downloads, so this won't actually be an issue. You would simply only subscribe to the playlists you wanted.

It will still be an issue.

I want to subscribe to a YouTube channel and download every video they upload. But NOT anything in a certain playlist.

E.g. I want to subscribe to Brad Leone, but I don't want his Lay it on podcast downloaded. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLqbaIDvqqh0f7F5IJETTrtULK97OTsa4N&si=OkJtvwTVASyqEFFa

So I want to be able to subscribe to every video he makes, but ignore any videos on that Lay it on playlist channel.

Ah, I see, yeah, I will keep this issue open for when I integrate playlists-in-channels. For this first step for #144 it will just be a standalone playlists section (eg, listing all playlists for a channel, browsing the playlists for a channel, directly subscribing to channel playlists from there, etc... I'll have to think about this more before implementing because I want to be sure it's done right :)
