[Bug]: Empty nbt on all items causes many issues

Describe the bug

Empty nbt on crafted items has been "fixed" by adding the empty nbt to all items

This is the weirdest fix and causes small issues like excessive useless world data and weird behavior when using the block-picker in creative, filling up the inventory with identical copies of the block in hand

I'm sure this will cause many other issues

...well ! I already found a huge other one !

The Biome Treat from Alex's Caves doesn't work anymore

To Reproduce

1. Notice that all items have the empty nbt now with F3+h
2. Use the block-picker several times on the same block in creative
3. Get a Biome Treat from Alex's Caves and notice its color is pure black and can't be eaten or used
